Use the workbook in six steps

  1. Identify one review target. Fill the target sheet with the submission owner. Use exact image/package identities; do not copy a historical local release into the target by assumption.
  2. Choose a recording format. Use the CSV in a spreadsheet or the JSON observation file. Both use the same stable requirement IDs. The requirements JSON is the reference; do not overwrite official expected observations with actual outcomes.
  3. Decide applicability explicitly. Give the responsible owner and a reason for any non-applicable item. Missing evidence means unresolved, not non-applicable. Conditional admin/password requirements require the actual login design and supported delivery procedure.
  4. Record one observation per case. Keep target/version, date, environment/variant, actual behavior and evidence reference together. For machine sizes, regions and clone cases, add separate variant records referencing the same item. Preserve failures and blocked prerequisites.
  5. Reconcile changes. A changed image, deployment package or review component needs an explicit impact decision and the affected review/test evidence. Preserve the previous result and identify the new revision; do not silently reuse it.
  6. Prepare the review handoff. Summarize completed, failed, blocked and untested items, private evidence locations, Google decisions and additional Partner Engineer requests. Send through the established review channel only when authorized.

Record a missing prerequisite honestly

Recording example · no operation performed

The administrator prerequisite is unresolved

Find the administrator-access item, record the unresolved prerequisite and assign the delivery owner. Leave the actual successful-login result empty. Continue documentation review where independent; keep administrator-dependent deployment checks blocked.

If an authorized reviewer later observes the exact delivery, record that separate dated result and evidence. The historical local R234 Admin demonstration cannot fill this field for r232.

Keep review evidence in its approved channel

Keep completed target/result files and raw product reports private. Public documentation contains blank worksheets and selected already-public examples only. Use approved evidence references instead of credentials, cookies, private keys, customer payloads, full logs or raw support exports.

This page has no upload form and does not store your review results. Reading, filtering or downloading does not execute a product operation. The JSON files are documentation records, not product requests, authorization envelopes or registered Pack manifests.

Edition and Pack status

The earlier Reviewer Guide Pack outline is now replaced by this usable documentation workbook. Packtory registration and executable Pack delivery have not occurred. The original R0 offline ZIP remains unchanged as a historical reference edition; use the R1 workbook above for the current mapping.

English is the website edition. Korean authoring companions remain in the local source for future multilingual work.
