What is a Guide Pack?

A Guide Pack brings the explanation, steps, examples, worksheets and conditions for one purpose together. Use it to prepare a task, understand the evidence and leave a clear record for the next person. Start by choosing the guide that matches your question.

Three reusable learning and working guides. English is the default website edition.

A reusable path from a question to evidence

A Guide Pack brings the explanation, examples and recording tools for one purpose into a reusable set. It helps readers work independently and gives operators and reviewers a common handoff.

People planning an evaluation, its reviewers and eligible operators.

PoC Guide

Decide what one small evaluation should teach you, what to check and how to finish it.

An agreed question and criteria, a reading record or permitted-operation observations, and a cost/resource closeout with named next actions.

A completed reading exercise does not establish that your installation or business use case has been tested.

Marketplace reviewers, supplier review leads and delivery coordinators.

Google Reviewer Guide

Follow the published Google Cloud Marketplace VM review process and connect each applicable item to its source, target and evidence.

A defined review target, an itemized observation record and a handoff that preserves passed, failed, untested and blocked items.

Mapping a requirement into the checklist does not mean that its test was performed or passed.

Operators, integration authors and people reviewing a specific change.

Custom Execution Guide

Choose one supported task, collect its exact prerequisites, inspect the result and close or hand off what remains.

A task record for document preparation, service observation, report verification, an approved configuration change or AI setup planning.

The name does not promise an arbitrary custom integration. Each case stays within the supplied interface, version and operation scope.

Guide PackExplanation + examples + private records
  1. 01Purpose and audience

The introduction explains who the guide is for, the question it helps answer and the result you can reasonably expect. It helps you choose a useful starting point.

Choose PoC to evaluate a question; Google Reviewer to organize a review; Custom Execution to complete one bounded task.

  2. 02Steps and expected evidence

Each route connects prerequisites, actions, expected observations and the record to retain. Reference links lead to the operating manual or published source that owns the detail.

For an existing report, identify the selected Work and revision, then check the actual JSON/PDF files and record their comparison.

  3. 03Examples with their scope visible

Worked examples show how to read a result and finish a useful record. Labels distinguish illustrative choices from retained product observations; a local example keeps its original version and evidence limits.

The Custom example preserves DISCOVER PASSED followed by NORMALIZE DENIED / CONTRACT_INCOMPATIBLE. The reading record can be complete while the next product step remains blocked.

  4. 04Blank forms you keep

Download JSON worksheets, CSV tables, Markdown records and plain-text assistant briefs as appropriate for the guide. Fill a private working copy and choose one current record if you use several formats.

A result row starts empty. Add your observation, its evidence reference, a manual review label and the next owner only when those facts are available.

  5. 05Conditions for continuing and finishing

The guide explains what must be supplied before an operational step, when to pause that step and what to leave with the responsible owner. Closeout includes retained data, changed state and any remaining resource or cost question.

If a request result is uncertain, retain the original reference and reconcile that attempt before considering another submission.

A guide, organized by purpose. Five content groups help you understand, prepare, record and hand off a task. These groups are not executable product components.

The current Custom workbook contains JSON, CSV, Markdown and text documents. A JSON worksheet is a place to record information; its filename or format does not make it an executable product request.

Reading the guide and operating the product

You can read the examples and prepare your own record first. Real product operations begin through the supplied product interface, under the permissions and conditions for that operation.

01 / READ

Inspect the guide

Check its purpose, edition, examples and included files.

02 / PREPARE

Define one task

Record the target, intended outcome and supplied procedure privately.

03 / CHECK

Confirm the handoff

Identify the matching version, required access, data handling and possible changes.

Do you intend to operate, with every required prerequisite established?

No, unknown, or reading only

  1. Keep the reading or planning result.
  2. Record any missing prerequisite and its owner.
  3. Do not use the worksheet to authorize an operation.

Yes — use the supported product path

  1. Submit only the permitted operation through the supplied interface.
  2. Read the product’s actual result; it may deny or fail.
  3. Verify changed state and close or hand off the task.
From documentation to an authorized operation. Reading and preparation stay in the documentation lane. Missing prerequisites stop the proposed operation; permission comes from the supported product route, not this diagram.

These boxes describe a human workflow. This page does not test your access, decide readiness, submit a Work or call an AI provider. Use the supported product interface when an authorized operation is appropriate.

Why the documentation has a limited action surface

Safety depends on what a package contains and what you do with it. These are the current documentation properties and their limits; they are not a security certification.

The download is a set of documents

The current workbook archives contain text documents and tables. Downloading or opening them does not install a product Pack, start VibePackr, submit Work or register an asset. Website search, filters and copy controls help you read the material.

A command copied from a reference can have an effect when you choose to run it in another tool. The document interface does not execute it for you.

The next action is made explicit

Each case names its version, required access, supplied inputs and responsible owner before an operational step. This makes the intended action and its possible effect visible before you proceed.

The instructions guide a person; they do not enforce product permissions. An authorized configuration change can alter installed settings, and a later provider call can send data and incur charges.

Your results begin empty

Blank observation forms are separate from completed examples. They ask for actual values, sources and unresolved items, helping you avoid carrying another run’s success into your own record.

Manual labels describe your review. They do not calculate product readiness, grant authority or update the product’s human-acceptance state.

You control the completed record

Use downloaded working copies for your answers and observations. The guide pages provide no completed-result submission workflow. Keep the files under your organization’s access and retention choices, and use non-secret references in a handoff.

Pasting a completed form into an external AI tool or sharing it with support is a separate data transfer. Review the content and destination first; the guide does not make that sharing private on your behalf.

An unclear result has a next owner

Failure handoffs retain the original request, literal reason and observed state. They identify who can resolve the issue and what evidence is needed before continuing, reducing the chance of an accidental duplicate action.

A written resume condition is a review aid. It does not permit an automatic retry, a replacement request or an improvised recovery command.

Finishing includes what remains

Closeout forms ask which changes, records and resources remain, who owns them and which costs were actually measured. They keep stopping a service, retaining data and deleting resources as separate decisions.

Filling the form does not stop charges or clean up resources. Actual lifecycle actions still need the supplied procedure and the responsible owner’s authority.

How an executable product Pack differs

A product Pack participates in the product’s governed Work path. Its identity, relationships and applicable requirements are interpreted by the supported product machinery. A Guide Pack describes how to use that path; it does not replace it.

A concrete product composition example

Audit Review 1.0.0 · MAIN
Audit Evidence Format 1.0.0 · SUPPORTING

In the retained local example, the main Pack contributes audit-result validation and the supporting Pack contributes lineage-integrity checks. Both have recorded evidence requirements. The supporting role does not establish a second independent execution.

Read the recorded composition →
  1. Inspect the exact asset

Check identity, revision and scope, plus available provenance, dependencies and lineage.

  2. Separate selection from permission

A visible, downloaded or bound Pack is not automatically authorized to execute.

  3. Respect the Engine decision

Applicable authority, scope, policy and prerequisites are evaluated before permitted execution. A request denied at this boundary does not execute.

  4. Verify the actual outcome

Read execution, validation and closure for the same Work and report revision. Human acceptance is separate.

Product responsibilities, at a glance. Conceptual summary of the linked public references. The same gate coverage has not been newly tested on your installation by this guide.

These controls constrain the permitted operation; they do not guarantee that every later execution succeeds. A later failure or incomplete evidence does not prove that no side effects occurred or that recovery succeeded. Guide archives are not being claimed as signed, sandboxed or security-certified product Packs.

Why make Guide Packs discoverable in Packtory?

A proposed Packtory listing would present these Guide Packs as documentation resources that people can discover, compare and use alongside the product. The purpose is to help readers find the right guide and edition.

Proposed listing · Registration not performed
1

Find by task

Audience, purpose and expected outcome help a reader choose an evaluation guide, a review guide or a specific operating-task guide.

2

See the edition and its scope

Show language, document edition, related product references and known prerequisites together, so a newer document is not mistaken for a product upgrade or broader execution support.

3

Use a consistent record

Link the explanation, current workbook and cited examples in one listing. Teams can begin with the same forms and carry a clear record to the next reviewer or operator.

Three reasons for a future documentation listing. Proposed discoverability and learning benefits. No Guide Pack has been registered by this documentation work, and a listing would not itself grant execution authority.

What a useful listing should tell you

  • Category: documentation Guide Pack
  • Title, audience, purpose and expected deliverable
  • Document edition, language and related product scope
  • Included files, formats and archive edition
  • Author/publisher and cited source links
  • Prerequisites, known limits and responsible contacts
  • Current download, reading page and revision notes
  • Registration status, recorded separately from any operation authority

Current Guide Pack registration: not performed. This is a proposed documentation listing; its future delivery and registration route must be established separately.

Inspect the actual documentation downloads

These are the existing R1 workbooks. Their bytes are preserved in this addition. A checksum identifies the archive bytes; it is not a publisher signature or a proof that every use is safe.

Questions before you begin

Can I use a guide before installing VibePackr?

Yes. Read the explanation, inspect the public examples and prepare a plan or review record. When you reach a step that needs an installation, supported input or product access, use its prerequisites to identify what must be supplied first.

What is in the current workbook downloads?

The R1 archives contain JSON, CSV, Markdown and plain-text documents. PoC has 11 documents plus a README; Google Reviewer has 6 plus a README; Custom Execution has 9 plus a README, for 10 entries in that archive. The mix includes references, blank records and assistant briefs, with completed examples where supplied. Linked manuals and external sources are read separately and are not bundled product tools.

Is a Guide Pack an executable product Pack?

Here, Pack means a grouped set of guidance and working documents. An executable product Pack belongs to the product’s supported registration and execution process. Downloading, selecting or listing a Guide Pack does not activate that process or grant a product operation. The proposed Packtory documentation listing has not been executed.

Is the Google Reviewer Guide an official Google approval?

No. It is VibePackr-authored documentation that organizes cited Google sources and review records. Google’s applicable requirements, reviewer feedback and actual component/final decisions remain with Google. A completed checklist or a published guide is not an approval.

Does this documentation update change the Golden release?

No. The Guide Packs add explanations and workbooks. They do not modify the frozen r232 Golden image or supply a replacement customer release. A recorded local demonstration keeps its own version and scope; it is not a Golden update.

What if I reach a step I cannot complete?

Record the last completed step, expected and observed result, missing item, responsible owner and evidence needed to continue. You can finish the preparation or reading task with that handoff. Resume an affected product step only through its supplied procedure once the missing conditions are resolved.
