# VibePackr License Notice

VibePackr is proprietary commercial software licensed to customer organizations.
This release notice summarizes the approved commercial licensing baseline. It
is not a complete EULA and does not itself create a customer license or replace
the applicable approved commercial terms.

## Authorized use and deployment

Installation, deployment, and internal business use are subject to an applicable
approved Order Form, enterprise agreement, marketplace transaction, or
equivalent commercial instrument. The authorized product, release, edition,
deployment form, environment, term, and deployment scope are determined by that
instrument. Licensing one release does not authorize all future delivery forms.

Authorized users, administrators, systems, and supported integrations may use
the software within the licensed customer organization's approved scope.
Backup, recovery, replacement, and archival copies reasonably necessary for
authorized operation remain subject to that scope. Possession of a backup or
recovery copy does not create an additional license or deployment right.

## Redistribution and intellectual property

Redistribution, public rehosting, and sublicensing are not authorized by
default. Any such rights require an applicable approved commercial agreement.

A software license grants usage rights, not ownership of VibePackr intellectual
property. Subject to applicable rights and third-party licenses, VibePackr
software and associated platform intellectual property remain with the
applicable VibePackr licensor or owner.

Customer assets remain under customer control or ownership, subject to
applicable rights. Processing, recording, technical provenance, or lineage
does not transfer ownership of customer prompts, work content, artifacts,
business data, or other customer assets to VibePackr, and does not independently
determine legal ownership.

## Third-party components and services

Third-party components remain governed by their respective licenses and notice
obligations. This proprietary licensing baseline does not override those
rights or obligations. Consult the notices supplied with the applicable
release. Incorporating third-party open-source components does not, by itself,
grant a right to distribute VibePackr's proprietary source code.

External providers and services remain subject to their own agreements.
VibePackr licensing does not provide the customer's separate credentials,
subscriptions, or rights to use those services.

## Licensing and operational authority

Commercial licensing or entitlement does not replace the product's runtime
authorization controls or authorize an individual work operation. A product
administrator's role does not by itself establish authority to sign a customer
agreement. Cloud access permissions do not replace VibePackr's execution
authorization.

## Terms requiring separate approval

This notice does not establish a contracting legal entity; governing law;
jurisdiction; arbitration or dispute resolution; liability caps, carve-outs, or
consequential-damage terms; indemnification; final warranty terms; reverse
engineering restrictions; assignment or change-of-control terms; precedence
between standard and negotiated agreements; EULA acceptance mechanics;
privacy controller or processor roles; international transfer mechanisms;
incident notification obligations; or canonical-language and language-precedence
terms.

These matters remain subject to separate approval in the applicable legal or
commercial instruments. This release notice does not state that a final EULA
has been approved or that legal review is complete.
